Natasha Adams

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Passionate about driving transformation and execution, Natasha adopts a business-first approach to achieve explosive growth. Her skill set encompasses sales, demand generation, brand awareness, product development, market fit, focused go-to-market strategies, and establishing a customer-centric DNA with data analytics at its core.

Natasha's appointment marks a pivotal moment for Alpega Group as it charts a course for growth and innovation in transportation logistics. Her strength in assisting technology scale-ups in streamlining and optimizing their go-to-market strategies positions her as a valuable asset in driving Alpega's market presence forward.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan.

Roeven Cuypers

Chief Commercial Officer (Carrier)

As Chief Commercial Officer, Roeven is responsible for the Carrier business at Alpega, where he drives business growth and customer satisfaction. He brings over 15 years of experience and a deep understanding of growth strategies, coupled with an extensive background from leading technology companies like Philips.

As the former Chief Marketing Officer at Alpega, Roeven played a pivotal role in aligning marketing strategies with business objectives, significantly contributing to the company's expansion. Before joining Alpega in 2016, he held various leadership positions in R&D, business development, M&A, and marketing strategy & execution.

With a Master’s degree in Civil/Electrotechnical Engineering from KU Leuven and an Executive MBA, magna cum laude, from Vlerick Business School, Roeven’s technical proficiency and strategic vision are crucial to advancing Alpega’s business.

Todd DeLaughter

Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years of experience as an international software industry leader, Todd is focused on solving real world problems with passionate, high performing teams, delivering great software and a great customer experience.

Alpega is in the unique position to shape the transportation industry as the only provider in the logistics market delivering the full value chain from procurement to transport order to carrier market place to customer. This puts us in a position to not only drive out cost in the process through digitization but to do it with intelligence in reducing carbon emissions.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston.

Fabrice Douteaud

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Fabrice is the tech whiz behind Alpega's cutting-edge solutions. His world revolves around making transport and logistics a breeze through smart, no-nonsense tech. He is all about keeping it real, using data and AI to make customers' lives easier and their experiences smoother.

Before diving into Alpega's adventures in 2018, he honed his skills leading teams at Schibsted Classified Media (yep, the folks now rocking it at Adevinta) and pushing the envelope in business, and in software/tech management positions. Besides being the go-to guy for tech strategy here, he loves mentoring future leaders and lending his brainpower to the SI2 Fund board.

His nerd credentials? A master's in Computer Science and some serious business chops from Duke University, London. But really, it's his passion for practical solutions and not reinventing the wheel that drives him. When he's not geeking out over our latest innovation, you might catch him sharing insights with fellow C-level pals or simply enjoying the little things that keep the creative juices flowing.

Anton Hofmeier

Chief Revenue Officer (Shipper)

Anton is a passionate people, customer, and growth focused leader. As Alpega’s CRO, Anton is responsible for driving the global revenue generation and business development activities for TMS business.

By streamlining transportation sourcing, planning, execution, settlement, and analytics, Alpega's TMS solutions transform local and global supply chains into collaborative ecosystems and bringing transparency and efficiency to all partners involved.

Prior to joining Alpega in 2021, Anton serves as CRO at Thinkproject and then before he held several VP Sales positions at Flexera Software, Software AG, Hewlett-Packard.

Anton holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences (Germany).

Christian Mayer

Chief Customer Success Officer (Shipper)

As Alpega’s CCSO, Christian leads all aspects of Customer Success organization as Professional Services and Support for TMS business. He is also leading the Group IT at Alpega.

Christian has more than 16 years of experience in senior professional services positions:

Prior to joining Alpega in 2014, Christian was Senior Director Professional Services at Imtech ICT Austria where he ran the business for TMS & WMS. He started his career as ERP Consultant at Lagermax Group.

Julia Seidl

Chief Financial Officer

Julia is Alpega's CFO and as such is responsible for all finance functions, corporate legal and security & compliance.

She has more than a decade of experience in senior finance positions in international companies with focus on double digit growth and extensive M&A activity. She has worked and has held officer roles in Europe, US, Middle East and Asia.

Together with the Alpega Management team, she is passionate to drive growth and excellence.

Prior to joining Alpega in 2018, she was the VP of Finance for Automic, an IT-automation company. She is a KPMG alumni and has led audit engagements in the Software sector, with assignments in Europe and US.

Julia holds an MBA degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
